Small Group Personal Training
Small Group Personal Training is limited to six participants and follows structured strength-focused programming with more individualized coaching and modifications. Group Studio Classes offer a broader variety of class formats and may accommodate larger groups.

No. Refine is designed to build strong foundations, and trainers can offer modifications suited to your current abilities.
Sessions are capped at six participants. A waitlist may be available when a session is full.

Classes
Many classes can welcome beginners, but the pace and format vary. Review the class description or contact us if you would like help choosing the right place to start.
Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely and bring water. Socks or bare feet are required in the Lower Studio. Gym shoes are required in the Upper Studio.
To support safety and class flow, entry is not permitted more than five minutes after the class begins.
Sessions are capped at six participants. A waitlist may be available when a session is full.
Group Studio Classes have a maximum of 10 participants, with a waitlist available when a class is full.
